DECLARAÇÃO DE ISENÇÃO DE RESPONSABILIDADES CÍVEIS E INDENIZATÓRIAS

 

Declara para todos os fins e efeitos, que reconhece os riscos inerentes ao percurso do programa turístico, “DESCIDA DAS CORREDEIRAS DO RIO PARAIBUNA” em botes infláveis e que ao participar do evento, o faz espontaneamente, de vez que não é portador de nenhuma deficiência física ou mental.

Outrossim, declara que exime a WORLD RIVER RAFTING DE TRÊS RIOS – RJ e a agencia promotora da atividade de “DESCIDAS DAS CORREDEIRAS DO RIO PARAIBUNA” de quaisquer responsabilidade cíveis e indenizatórias decorrentes de eventuais acidentes pessoais, danos materiais, extravios, furtos e roubos de equipamentos, objetos pessoais e valores representados por moedas, ocorridos durante àquele percurso, inclusive no transporte rodoviário.

 Autoriza o uso de sua imagem (em vídeo e fotos) pela empresa World River Rafting e Expedições para divulgação em eventos e na mídia sem nenhum custo.

Declaro ainda, estar ciente do uso obrigatório dos equipamentos de segurança como Capacete, Colete Salva-Vidas e Remo, para salvaguarda de minha própria segurança, o que faço de forma irrevogável e irretratável a fim de que surta seus legais e desejados efeitos, pelo que firmo o presente termo.

 

DECLARATION OF EXEMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES CIVIL COURT JURISDICTION And COMPENSATION

In this way, declares that it exempts WORLD RIVER RAFTING OF TRÊS RIOS - RIO DE JANEIRO and the promotional agency of the activity of "DESCENDINGS Of the RAPIDS Of RIVER PARAIBUNA" of any responsibility civil court jurisdiction and decurrent compensation of eventual casualties, material damages, equipment embezzlements, robberies, a personal objects and values represented by currencies, happened during that passage, also in the road transport.

It authorizes the use of its image (in video and photos) for the company World River Rafting and Expedicition for spreading in events and the media without no cost.

I still declare that I am concions about the obligation of using the security equipaments such as: helmet, life jacket and oar, to safe guard from my own security what I do in an irrevocable and irretractable way so that it ends up in legal and desirable efeects, through what I state the present term.
